Working on Room 206 made me realize just how much I love art department in film. The script has set a very specific mood and environment, and made me want to get it as close to the initial vision as possible.

From the very beginning Phinehas and Luca have been talking about the need of building a set, and how much it would change the production. And I am very glad they did. This allowed us to have so much room for creativity for all departments, and made the experience very unique! Many people have tried to advise against it as we didn’t have that much time or budget to make it look appealing. But with the help of art and construction team, we made it happen.

I enjoyed the whole process from drafting out the first ideas and sketches, to then acquiring all the set dec and props and building the set. I think about this production weekly, and would really love to work with such an amazing crew again! Thank you for everything!
